Payment

If you are covered by dental insurance, we ask for your estimated co-payment upfront to streamline the billing process. Treatment Plan Estimate

Once we have assessed your dental condition, we will provide you with a detailed treatment plan estimate. This estimate outlines the total fee for each procedure, breaking down the expected benefit portion and what the patient is responsible for paying.

It's important to keep in mind that dental benefits may have limits set by your provider. Any co-payments are required at the time of service, so please be prepared for that. The estimated fees are valid for 60 days before they may potentially change.

Returned Checks

Please note that patients writing checks will be subject to a return check charge of $35.00. In the event that a check is returned, we kindly ask for payment in cash or through a cashier's check to cover both the original balance and the additional charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter to ensure smooth transactions and timely payments for services rendered.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

As a courtesy to our patients, we understand the importance of reminding you about your upcoming appointments. Once you have scheduled a time with us, the slot will be specially reserved for you.

We get that, sometimes, unexpected things come up and may prevent you from keeping your appointment. However, please keep in mind that if for any reason you miss your appointment or fail to give us at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation, there may be a charge of $95.00 incurred. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide quality care and accommodate all our patients' needs effectively.
